Debate and Discuss the FOG

What form of government you think Bainbridge Island should have?  Should we keep the Mayor-Council form or should we switch to a Council-Manager form?  What are the pros and cons of each form of government?  Do you believe that changing the form of government will fix the problems at city hall?  Do you think it would be better to eliminate the position of Mayor or simply elect a well qualified Mayor?
